We are currently seeking a BCBA / Behavior Analyst (Pediatric) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s health status.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning and organizing client’s living space.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other care team members to ensure proper care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
• Relevant certification or license for BCBA / Behavior Analyst (Pediatric), as applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background checks and medical clearances.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on client needs.
