Immediate Opening – Arvada / Westminster, CO (West/Northwest Denver Area)
This role is specifically for licensed BCBAs (active certification required).
Immediate opening for a BCBA supporting clients in Arvada, Westminster, Lakewood, and north Denver, including areas near Sheridan Blvd, Federal Blvd, Kendall St, and 80221. Flexible hybrid scheduling with a mix of in-person supervision and some remote work opportunities, depending on client needs.
Upwards ABA is hiring a BCBA for a west/northwest caseload with clients located across Arvada, Westminster, Lakewood, and nearby north Denver areas. This role is ideal for a licensed BCBA looking for flexible hours, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to build consistent client hours in a geographically practical area.
Pay
$60–$68 per hour
Compensation depends on experience, availability, and caseload fit.

Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise ABA services for assigned clients
Supervise and support RBTs/BTs
Review client progress and treatment programming
Complete required clinical documentation in a timely manner
Conduct assessments and reassessments as needed

Requirements
Active BCBA certification (required)
