About the position
Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support. We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/weekSupport assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidanceTrack and review client progressCollaborate with families and clinical team membersEnsure ethical, high-quality service deliveryRequirements
Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)ABA experience preferredStrong communication and teamwork skillsComfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange CountyBenefits
