This is independent work — not a traditional W-2 position. You set your own rates and availability, and grow your caseload alongside your current role. No commitments, no minimum hours, no exclusivity — you choose when and how often you work with Jounce.

$0 to join — Apply for jobs families post in your neighborhood. No credit card required. A small platform fee applies per booking.
$25/month, locked for life — Founding Provider tier with priority placement, lower platform fees, and a 2-month free trial.
We handle scheduling, payments, and 1099s — so you can focus on the work.
No diagnosis required for families to book. No agency taking a cut of your rate.
Duties:
Deliver evidence-based, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental support needs
Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's goals and home environment
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
Develop and adjust behavior intervention plans
Collaborate directly with families and caregivers to ensure consistency across settings
Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality standards in handling family information and session communications
Provide compassionate, family-centered care in line with BACB ethical standards
Qualifications:
Required:
BCBA or BCaBA in good standing with the BACB
Active State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based intervention techniques
Reliable transportation to client homes within your service area
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and caregivers
Preferred:
Experience working with pediatric populations (ages 0–18)
Background in early intervention or school-age kids
Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other) a plus
