We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting behavioral therapy initiatives, conducting patient assessments, and assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans. The Assistant Behavioral Analyst will work closely with licensed behavior analysts to deliver patient-centered care in a structured and supportive environment.

Body Kinetics Rehab is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric therapy organization providing ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to children and families throughout Northern Virginia. Our ABA services are delivered in both clinic-based and home-based settings, with a strong focus on compassionate, evidence-based, and collaborative care.We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated BCBA and BCaBAs to join our growing clinical team.
Duties
Assist in implementing behavioral therapy programs tailored to individual client needs, ensuring adherence to established treatment plans.
Collect, record, and analyze data related to patient behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions using standardized methods.
Support licensed behavior analysts during diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments for new clients.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education professionals and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
Participate in ongoing training related to applied behavior analysis (ABA), medical terminology, and patient care protocols.
Contribute to behavioral health initiatives by assisting with patient assessments, progress monitoring, and treatment adjustments as directed.
Foster a positive environment that promotes patience, understanding, and respect for individuals with disabilities.
Qualifications
Certification as a BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) or equivalent credential is required.
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques used in behavioral therapy.
Strong skills in data collection, documentation, and medical record management.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical information.
Ability to perform patient assessments and support diagnostic evaluations within a behavioral health setting.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
