At Climbing Star, we believe everyone deserves a chance — especially children with special needs. Our mission is to help every child reach their maximum potential while expanding awareness and access to high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

In this role, you will play a key part in onboarding, training, and developing our BT/RBT staff — both in the technical use of our systems and in delivering effective, compassionate ABA therapy. All training is delivered using Climbing Star’s established curriculum and materials. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, clarity, and skill to our framework.
