Now hiring experienced Behavior Technician who is interested in child development and passionate about pursuing a career in Early childhood Development, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Social work, Behavioral Health Sciences, Special Education, LMFT, and BCBA.
The Behavior Technician/Therapist will work one-on-one with clients and families in the homes, and out in the community. They will provide high-quality ABA
Therapy with the training and support by their supervisors and clinical team. They will use tech software for data collection, note taking, and running assigned programs and treatment plan. They will also be provided on-going trainings in the field and participate in clinical meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Available to work select weekdays - mornings, mid-day, and afternoons available
Be over the age of 18
Need Spanish Speaking (preferred)
Possess a valid driver's license, have access to reliable transportation and have proof of automotive insurance
Dependable, prompt and regular attendance required
Complete and pass live scan fingerprint check
Be available to commute to different locations to provide services, including from one client's home to another
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as General Educational Development (GED)
Frequently lift objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds from a lower to a higher position and/or frequently move objects weighing up to thirty-five (35) pounds horizontally from position-to-position
Move about to accomplish tasks or to go from one location to another
Collect written and computer-driven data while understanding basic computer operations
Successfully complete the minimum competency training and/or pass tests demonstrating knowledge included in the minimum competency training
Negative TB test result

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
