Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settingsTeach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skillsImplement individualized treatment plansCollect accurate session data and document client progressCollaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregiversPrepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategiesMaintain ethical, professional, and confidential practicesParticipate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetingsRequirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Applicants must already be certified.)Compassionate and patientReliable and professionalAn excellent communicatorComfortable working with diverse ages and behaviorsAble to pass a background and reference checkNice-to-haves
