In this role, you'll work directly with children as part of their individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs. You'll build meaningful connections, support skill development, and help clients achieve life-changing milestones. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll implement therapy plans, track progress, and adjust strategies to meet each client’s unique needs.
Compensation:
Behavior Technicians / Non‑Certified Candidates: $15.25 / hour during training until RBT certification is obtained
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): $21–$25 / hour, based on experience and qualifications
BrightPath Behavior provides paid training and support for non‑certified candidates to earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Upon successful certification, employees transition to the RBT pay range.
